Important Graduation Information

所有希望获得证书的学生都必须完成毕业申请(无论你是否参加毕业典礼). The spring 2023 application is now open Compass Student Account. There is a $25 Application Fee. 2023年春季毕业申请的截止日期是周五 February 17, 2023. 请确保你注册了完成学位/文凭/证书所需的所有课程，通过你的网站查看你的进度 Compass Student Account. All academic regulations can be found CBU Academic Calendar.

All fees owing (finance, library, etc.) are paid in full.

Ensure you information is correct:

Official Transcripts

即将毕业的学生将获得非正式和正式的成绩单. To request a transcript, please fill out the form here. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Letter of Completion

已完成学业并计划于2023年春季毕业  的国际学生必须在申请结业通知书之前完成毕业申请. Apply here: Compass Student Account.

All outstanding fees must be paid in full, including the $25 graduation application fee, before a Letter of Completion is issued.

Letters of Completion requested before final grades are available, will be not be processed until the student notifies registrar@theborggaming.com that their file is now complete. Please allow 7 – 10 days for processing.  完成后，信件将被发送到您的CBU电子邮件帐户.

To apply for a Letter of Completion, please fill out the request form here. For questions on Post Grad Work Permits, please email internationaloffice@theborggaming.com.

Invitation Letter

如果你的家人或朋友想去布雷顿角拜访你，庆祝你的毕业典礼, they may need to apply for a Visitor Visa. 你可以通过向他们提供以下文件来帮助他们申请访问签证:

1)符合课程要求的结业通知书 OR 如果您目前正在完成您的课程要求，请发送入学确认信.
3) Transcript (printed from your online account).
4) Letter of Invitation written by you.

Gown Room Location and Hours

这将在2023年4月确定，并告知学生并在网上公布.

学术服——也被称为学术服或校服——是所有参与者(包括坐在台上的教职员工和大学官员)在毕业典礼上穿的独特的长袍和兜帽.

学生将向CBU借礼服参加典礼和拍照.

Guest Invitations:

当潜在的毕业生在您的网站上提交他们的在线 申请时，他们会要求邀请嘉宾 Compass Student Account. Each potential graduate is guaranteed a minimum of two 邀请，但可能会收到额外的邀请，等待可用. Please contact the convocation@theborggaming.com  如果你想让PG电子竞技平台注意到你的要求额外的邀请.

Your Parchment

Your parchment is your printed diploma or degree. 这份法律文件将在你毕业时交给你. Because it is a legal document, 它必须打印在你的正式学生记录上的合法姓名. 

如果要更改您的法定姓名，必须提供一张政府签发的带照片的身份证件. 如果您希望更改您的法定名称，请发送电子邮件至 enrolment@theborggaming.com 并附上你的政府签发的带有照片的身份证的扫描件或照片副本，显示你的法定姓名，因为它应该出现在你的羊皮纸上. 为你的记录更改你的名字的截止日期是在会议前一个月.
